Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers/their authorized Indian representatives for purchase of (1) Media Asset Management system (2) Non linear Editing System (3) Production Server installation, testing and commissioning basis.

A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 6^th October 2009 for any clarifications. Vendors may attend the above pre bid meeting. 

Tender documents complete in all respects including EMD amount must reach this office on or before 22^nd Oct. 2009 up to 4.00 p.m.  The received tenders shall be opened at 11:00 a.m. on next working day at CEC.  The tenders submitted after the due date and time will not be accepted. CEC reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, fully or partially, without assigning any reason whatsoever. The vendor may present themselves on the date and time of opening the tender.
