International collaboration

CEC has build partnership with Commonwealth of Learning and UNESCO for development of E-Learning Resources.  On the request of UNESCO, CEC  organized four, three weeks intensive training programmes for educational Radio and Television professionals from Islamia Republic of Afghanistan.
